- Virtual Staffing : We have a growing team of experienced staff who have expertise in various verticals such as accounting, financial analysis, digital marketing and more. For your clients who are looking at taking advantage of staff augmentation, our outsourced staff become a part of their team.
You can offer any of the above to your clients.
We have a whole range of services catered to medium and large businesses across any industry. You can focus on 1-2 industries in which you have experience. Alternatively, our dedicated sales coaches can work with you on building a business plan including identifying target markets.

You will have multiple income streams. You earn on-going revenue for outsourced staffing and automation and on-time revenue for consulting. Your earning potential is based on the time you invest in your business.
Unlike a retail franchise, you will not have any fixed on-going costs. You can work out of a serviced office or home office. Your only costs will be client acquisition related to marketing, which are variable and you will have full control of it. In addition to this we have monthly marketing, IT and annual conference fees.
This depends on your professional background, network and sales skills. We have Franchise Partners who have secured their first client in their first week of operation. However, on average it would be from month 3 or 4.

We offer our clients flexibility knowing that we offer a high quality of service. There are no lock-in contracts for outsourced staffing, with only a 4 week notice period required. Our consulting and digital transformation services are customised for each client, with the scope of work and terms clearly outlined in the proposal.

We have a meticulous recruitment and training program for all staff augmentation, ensuring that we only recruit the best in each field. This is further enhanced through internal ongoing training and support, to ensure continued skillset development and career progression. Team Manager’s are also in place ensuring a high quality of work and seamless service delivery. Our client’s attest that Valenta’s outsourced staff are often more efficient than previous internal team members.
Consulting & Digital Transformation
Through strategic alliances and consultation we have partnered with the industry’s elite consultants and digital transformation specialists. Our team of in-house consultants are highly experienced, including ex-KPMG authorities. Proven successes and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business environments makes our services amongst the industry’s best.
While many of our Managing Partners come to us with extensive experience and relationships to leverage, it is common to also secure additional lead generation by leveraging Valenta’s digital marketing team to establish clear strategies and campaigns in either specific vertical markets, or product offerings. Additionally, Valenta’s overarching digital marketing strategy is designed to generate customer interest and drive that interest directly to our local Managing partners.
Valenta’s approach and service offerings mirror those of much larger firms. Since our primary strategy is to find comprehensive efficiencies and service to the mid-market sector, we feel we are in a unique position vs. other companies which may offer one or two aspects of our total product portfolio in an affordable way.
Valenta is a turnkey solutions provider. All services are provided by our virtual team. Our Managing Partners are the local face and contact of our business. In addition to finding new customers, they are the first level of customer contact. Partners also have the opportunity to bundle their services along with Valenta services. Valenta handles all the billing and collections responsibilities as well.
Our virtual team is there for the most critical parts of the sales process, customer onboarding, and customer service. Managing Partners handle initial contact and the qualification of potential customers. After those two important steps, our Managing Partners are the coach and quarterback of the Valenta customer success team.
