Kishore Siva is a senior executive with 25 years of experience building and leading customer experience, sales, and BPO organizations.
Having partnered with Valenta BPO as a Managing Director, Kishore has a strong focus on companies in the Mid-Atlantic offering extensive knowledge, experience, and support. With Valenta providing consulting, digital transformation, and outsourcing services to companies across multiple industry verticals, he is able to leverage his in-depth knowledge across business operations and identify opportunities for businesses to thrive.
Prior to partnering with Valenta, Kishore focused on the growth and expansion of customer experience and wholesale banking. As EVP Wholesale Customer Excellence for Wells Fargo, he built a Customer Experience, Complaints, Customer Remediation, and Employee Experience organization, for the Wholesale organization (all non-consumer business lines).
At HSBC in New York and London, he served in senior roles across Credit, Corporate Banking, Business Banking, and Retail Banking and he built out a Global Customer Experience organization within the Retail Banking and Wealth Management division.
Kishore is a regular speaker on customer experience and organization development at conferences throughout the US and Europe. He also has been a panelist at professional seminars focused on customer experience and management at Columbia University and NYU.
Kishore earned his BBA and MBA from George Washington University in Washington DC. He currently lives with his family in Westchester County, NY.
