Chetan is a Commerce Graduate by profession and has been involved in a number of business start-ups which have helped him gain operational experience. His experience ranges across various industries, including water treatment, plastics, packaging and wine imports. However, he has been very closely associated with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) Industry from the very beginning which he is extremely passionate about.
At Valenta, he helps franchise owners with tactical market planning, key partnership development and organisational efficiencies. He also oversees overall service delivery operations in India and Malaysia, ensuring that the business objectives of the franchise owner’s clients are seamlessly achieved. His vast experience with the UK market enables him to help franchise owners quickly meet their ambitious growth objectives.
