Dawn Bassant is an experienced, certified people leader with over 3 decades in Human Capital Management and Information Systems. Over her career, Dawn has led multiple HCM Cloud and Information Systems implementations supporting organizations through deep subject matter expertise in Organizational Effectiveness and Digital Transformation.

Her impact extends across public and private sectors in the banking, education, petrochemical, security and telecommunications industries. Dawn’s passion is in helping customers leverage technology to drive engagement, customer experience and operational excellence. As a change practitioner, she applies a lens of structured intentionality when focusing on solutions that deliver expected results whilst also achieving high adoption and usage.

Dawn is a certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL), PROSCI® Change Management Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma and Lean Enterprise, and ASQ Certified in Training and Development and Process Re-engineering.
