With nearly ten years of experience in the franchise industry under his belt, Jayesh has owned and run multiple national award-winning franchise businesses. His extensive experience from the ground up, coupled with his passion to create business opportunities where people can work on their business rather than in their business led to the start of the Valenta Franchise.

Up until 2018, in his role with Valenta as the Founder and Managing Director, he met with business owners and management teams of corporations globally to offer innovative solutions with a view of increasing their business efficiencies via process optimization, digital transformation using software Bots, staff augmentation and training. He also worked with the Operations Team in India and Malaysia to ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service.

With the launch of Valenta Franchise in early 2019, Jayesh now works with franchisees globally to offer strategic advice on how to scale and grow their businesses efficiently.

Between 2019 and 2022, Jayesh expanded Valenta’s Franchise Network across USA, Canada, Mexico, Trinidad & Tobago, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Austria, Romania, Kosovo, and Bangladesh and stays focused on building a network of 500 Franchise locations globally. At the same time, additional service delivery centres were established in Philippines and Trinidad & Tobago with more centres set to open in South America and East Europe.

In his time away from work, Jayesh enjoys spending time with his family and can often be seen cheering on his children at their sports games.”
