As a military-trained Operations Leader, he has a track record of solving complex problems, championing change, and driving efficiency. He influences continuous improvement initiatives through business analysis and process re-engineering while being passionate and proactive about developing people. He will leverage relationships across your organization to achieve a high-performance culture with a focus on optimization, empowerment, and shared success.
Matt has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Ohio University, a Master’s Degree in Finance from American Military University, and has earned certification as a Black Belt in Six Sigma from Perdue University.
