The franchise fee is a one-time payment at the time of joining, of which the Lite package can be upgraded to the Premier package at any time by paying the difference in the fees. This provides you with the flexibility to start your business sooner and scale at your pace.
All inbound leads are distributed to those who have exclusive territories. Securing an exclusive territory provides you with the sole right to outbound marketing in your specified region.

Sales is critical to success. David Sander and Chris Colbert, highly experienced Sales Consultant's will work with our Premier Franchise Partners. On the Lite package, sales coaching is available at $600 per month.
Premier Franchise Partners are featured on our BPO website with a dedicated bio, assisting with building your profile.
We allocate a part-time Prospecting Specialist to our Premier Franchise Partners to assist with all of your online business development activities. This can also be purchased at $500 per month for Franchise Partners on the Lite package.
As par of our initial training, our Premier Franchise Partners will conduct a site visit to either India or Malaysia to understand day-to-day operations. For Franchise Partners on the Lite package, this is optional and at your expense.

We offer comprehensive start-up training onsite in your territory for the Premier package, and a Zoom training session for the Lite package.
The Valenta BPO annual conference provides an opportunity to discuss strategy for the year ahead. Our first conference in 2020 was in Chicago. Our conferences are typically 1 week long with half-day training and planning sessions and the remainder of the day focused on team building activities.
This fee covers the cost of all software and tools required for day-to-day business operations. We setup and manage your IT initially for the first 6 months of operations, with charges only commencing in month 7.
The marketing fee accommodates for all costs associated with online and offline marketing and brand activities. Charges only commence in month 7 for the Premier Package, with the first 6 months complimentary.
