His career spans the banking, investment, insurance, manufacturing, and retail sectors, giving him a deep understanding of the diverse obstacles business leaders face, along with a passion for leveraging technology to drive transformative change—from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.

Recognized for his results-driven approach and pragmatic problem-solving, Kevin’s expertise covers both commercial and consulting leadership. His achievements include launching Canada’s first digital retail banking business in partnership with CIBC and Weston Loblaw, founding and successfully divesting a BPO services firm in the Northeastern US, and leading consulting and technology teams that have delivered over $600 million in client results across North America and globally.

Kevin holds both a Bachelor of Arts and an MBA from the University of Toronto and resides in Toronto with his family. He is passionate about bringing Valenta’s unique business and technical solutions to help client firms grow and compete both in Canada and beyond.
