To date, staffing franchises mostly have been about recruitment services or providing temporary workers.  There are many different franchises that offer these two business models. We take a different approach at Valenta and provide staff augmentation or outsourcing. 

 Digital Workforce is one of three main services we offer our clients, the other two are Consulting and Digital Transformation. Our franchisees combine these three main services to build successful franchise businesses. Our franchisees are able to solve many challenges for their clients with our staffing services.

We provide virtual employees who are either onshore, offshore, or nearshore. The staff we provide interact with the clients they serve not much differently than WFH (work from home) employees. 

The global size of the outsourced staffing market is 85 billion US dollars per year. The size of that market is growing year over year and shows no signs of slowing down. Large enterprises like the Fortune 1000 have been leveraging offshore staff for decades, but mid-size companies and small businesses have not been able to really take advantage of these services.

Our B2B staffing franchise partners utilize our staffing capabilities to not only solve problems for clients, but also to build ongoing recurring revenue for themselves. Our engagements in the area of staff augmentation are month to month and clients pay a service fee every 30 days.

As these fees are paid for services rendered, we provide our franchise partners with a percentage of the margin on an ongoing basis, for as long as a resource is in place.

What is a staffing franchise?

For our franchisees, who all join our business as Managing Partners, it equates to them being account managers of clients where they place staff and being business developers for this service in their local markets and the industry verticals they are focused on.

While our franchisees fill these roles, Valenta does the rest. We have regional service heads for our staffing business. They work with in house HR recruiters in the different markets where we have staff in order to find employees to join our company.

Our regional service heads also manage a staff of team leaders and managers who are responsible for people all filling similar roles for various clients. This layer of management helps us to deliver quality services to our clients and to document processes and requirements so that in the event of resource changes, clients are not impacted.

Our staff augmentation personnel are all working in service centres we maintain in major cities and labour hubs around the world.

A B2B franchise business that is focused on staffing is providing professional services to clients in the form of staff augmentation. Our Managing Partner franchisees are offering outsourcing in conjunction with the other services that we offer. Frequently our consulting engagements uncover opportunities for businesses to optimize by leveraging virtual staff. Other times, our technology engagements provide opportunities.

At Valenta we have a fair amount of activity with CRM and ERP projects, it is fairly common for us to place software administrators ongoing with clients after we have concluded a project. We have placed database administrators and business analysts in similar manners. Ideal candidates for our B2B staffing franchise are businesspeople that want to serve clients and help them solve business staffing problems.

We do not need individuals with deep HR knowledge.

We need franchise partners who are comfortable speaking with business owners about these topics and qualifying opportunities for our staffing services team.

The best candidates for our business have some business development experience, but that does not need to be the main skill in their background. They just need to be able to build a book a business and be an account manager for their clients.

Once opportunities are qualified, our staff augmentation team gets involved and finds the right candidate and manages the resource.
