According to Grand View Research the global IT Professional Services market will be worth 1.9 trillion US dollars by 2025. To say that the market is big is an understatement. It is huge and it is diverse. There are a ton of different services to provide in the IT space. Because of this there are various B2B franchise business opportunities in this area.

What is an IT Franchise?

The answer to the question of “what is an IT franchise” is not an easy one.  It can mean many things to many people. For us it is providing all the services that businesses need as outlined above. It also means providing the staff to deliver on all that from our service center locations. It is not the role of the franchisee to provide all our services … at least not in our model.

Few SMBs have deep benches of IT and software specialists, so our franchise partners and our back office staff are providing a valuable service.
